I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly luxurious with high-end amenities, but the service left something to be desired. The location was convenient for some activities but fell short for others. Dining options were limited, and facilities were decent.

I was upgraded to a handicap room that was very small but incredibly luxurious with a full kitchen, marble floors, and a large living room. The master bedroom was huge with a fantastic adjoining bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub.

The staff at the front desk, who have the most interaction with guests, could have been more helpful, especially for the price paid for the room. There was no assistance with bags or parking.

The hotel's location was a bit disappointing as it was a 15-minute shuttle ride from the main area, and shuttles only left once an hour. However, the beach-side setting and short trolley ride to Duval Street were positive aspects.

Staying in the presidential suite, I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The rooms were cramped like a shoebox with no view or storage, making it hard to unpack properly. The price of $350 or more per night felt excessive, especially when anticipating additional guests.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience! The rooms were spacious and offered a lovely balcony overlooking part of the navy base, which provided great sunrises and views of the water, making it a perfect spot to savor an adult beverage. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore on Ducal Street and Stock Key, making it easy to walk to restaurants and activities. While we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the lack of a free airport shuttle was a slight downside. The dining experience, although not exceptional, was satisfactory, especially thanks to the attentive service received from Atash. Overall, the hotel offered good value for the money spent.
